At House of Kpop, we want you to love your merchandise as much as your favorite idols. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account or use our guest portal to select the items you wish to return and provide a reason for the request.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags, photocards, and inclusions are present and undamaged.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Print your prepaid shipping label and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of approval.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange items.
