Are your albums and merchandise official?
Yes, all albums and merchandise sold at House of Kpop are 100% official and sourced directly from South Korean distributors. All album sales count towards the HANTEO and GAON charts.
How long does international shipping take?
Standard international shipping typically takes 7-14 business days. Please note that pre-order items will ship once they are officially released and arrive at our warehouse.
Do you provide tracking numbers?
Absolutely. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email notification containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your package's journey.
What is your return policy for damaged items?
We take great care in packaging, but if your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with an unboxing video. We will provide a replacement or a full refund.
Can I cancel my pre-order?
Pre-orders can be cancelled as long as the status is 'Processing.' Once the item has been secured or shipped, we are unable to process cancellations.
